Born in Bundang. Based in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. I major in Korean Language and Literature at Kookmin University (currently on leave), where I explore the boundaries between text and image. As an aspiring filmmaker, I am deeply engaged in all stages of production, from screenwriting to directing and cinematography. I also founded and lead BOOKER, an English-language book discussion community, through which I continue to initiate various creative projects.

Having spent six years in Dubai during my childhood due to my father's overseas assignment, my time at an international school taught me the vital importance of maintaining a broad, global perspective. Recently, I have been focused on translating literary imagination into visual media. To support this, I am actively studying community planning, film directing, and AI-based workflows. I find great fulfillment in designing communities and networking spaces that foster the sharing of knowledge and solidarity.

I have been a devotee of film and animation since I was young. Leveraging my academic background, I am passionate about transposing modern literature into the language of cinema.

Currently, my favorite directors are Lee Chang-dong and Satoshi Kon. The films that have influenced me most are Sam Mendes's Revolutionary Road (2008) and Park Chan-wook's Decision to Leave (2022).

I thrive on collaborative activities that pursue artistic joy. My ultimate goal is to one day attend one of the "Big Three" international film festivals with a film I have directed.

분당 출생. 서울 은평구 거주. 현재 국민대학교에서 국문학을 전공(휴학)하며 글과 이미지의 경계를 탐구하는 중. 영화감독을 꿈꾸며 단편 시나리오 집필과 연출, 촬영 등 영상 제작 전반에 관심이 있다. 독서 영어 토의 커뮤니티 북어(BOOKER)를 설립하여 운영 중이며 다양한 작당을 모의하고 있다.

초등학생 시절 아버지의 해외 발령으로 6년간 두바이에서 생활하며 국제학교를 다녔던 경험으로 세상을 바라보는 넓은 시야를 갖는 것의 중요성을 깨달았다. 최근에는 문학적 상상력을 시각 매체로 치환하는 작업에 관심이 있다. 때문에 커뮤니티 기획, 영상 연출, AI 기반 작업을 공부 중이다. 지식의 공유와 연대를 위해 커뮤니티와 네트워킹 공간을 기획하는 일을 즐긴다.

어릴 적부터 영화와 애니메이션을 탐닉해 왔으며, 전공을 살려 현대 문학을 영상 언어로 전환하는 작업에 관심이 많다.

현재로서 가장 좋아하는 감독과 영화는 이창동과 곤 사토시. 샘 멘데스의 <레볼루셔너리 로드>(2008), 박찬욱의 <헤어질 결심>(2022)이다.

예술적 재미를 찾아가며 사람들과 함께하는 활동을 즐긴다. 언젠가는 내가 연출한 영화로 3대 국제 영화제를 가겠다는 목표를 가지고 있다.
